Account Manager
Touchworks Communications Inc., a Western Canadian social impact sector consulting company, is looking for a self-directed individual to complement our small team of professionals in the role of an Account Manager for some of our direct response clients. This is contract position that offers the right candidate flexible remote working conditions and could lead to full time employment including quality of life benefits.
Specific responsibilities include:
- To be the primary point of contact for specific Touchworks direct response clients.
- Meet with clients on strategy and results, virtually and in person in Calgary.
- Prepare project briefs for team members to implement projects.
- Develop client budgets in collaboration with other team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous sector experience, ideally in Annual Giving.
- Professional.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to think creatively.
- Must be able to think analytically.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have home office.
Salary:
- Hourly, and negotiated based on experience.
