The purpose of this day is to recognize and pay tribute to the great contributions of philanthropy - and those people active in the philanthropic community - have made in our lives, our communities and our world.

National Philanthropy Day celebrates our vibrant philanthropic community and honors individuals and organizations whose philanthropic achievements have made an impact in our region. It is an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of those who help transform our community through their hard work, financial contributions, and dedicated service.
