Nominations are now open for Generosity of Spirit (GOS) Awards in eight (8) categories.

Please review all the details on nominations noted below. You will find the links to the Nomination form for each category following the instructions below.  

A complete nomination includes 3 items:

                  1.  the Nomination Form – with all questions answered and letter of support

                  2. the Nominator Disclaimer and Engagement Form; this form requites a signature, and will                            be uploaded with your Nomination Form

                 3. The Nominee Disclaimer Form, which requires the Nominee’s signature and is also uploaded                        with your nomination.

 

The Deadline for nomination is 6:00 pm on Friday May 22, 2026
