Nominations HAVE BEEN EXTENDED for Generosity of Spirit (GOS) Awards in eight (8) categories.  YOU NOW have until FRIDAY MAY 29TH AT 6:00 PM to complete your submission. 

Please review all the details on nominations noted below. You will find the links to the Nomination form for each category following the instructions below.  

A complete nomination includes 3 items:

                  1.  the Nomination Form – with all questions answered and letter of support

                  2. the Nominator Disclaimer and Engagement Form; this form requites a signature, and will                            be uploaded with your Nomination Form

                 3. The Nominee Disclaimer Form, which requires the Nominee’s signature and is also uploaded                        with your nomination.

The Deadline for nomination is 6:00 pm on Friday May 29, 2026
