About the Role
- Provide professional, reliable support within the Advancement Team.
- Maintain constituent records in Raiser’s Edge NXT
- Generate custom reports/queries in the system for various campaigns
- Support donor stewardship by generating custom impact reports, leading recognition programs and support with events.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for students, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support school operations and community goals.
- Perform role-specific responsibilities aligned with WIC’s mission and values.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience managing constituent records in a CRM or fundraising database;
Raiser’s Edge NXT strongly preferred. - Proficient in building custom reports and queries to support campaign analysis and donor stewardship.
- Strong database management skills with high attention to accuracy and data integrity.
- Experience in an advancement, fundraising, or non-profit environment an asset.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
- Commitment to inclusivity, professionalism, and community engagement.
- Enthusiasm for working in a school environment.
