AFP’s mission is to advance philanthropy by enabling people and organizations to practice ethical and effective fundraising. The core activities through which AFP fulfills this mission include education, training, mentoring, research, credentialing and advocacy.
One of the ways we hope to advance the mission in our chapter by recognizing fundraising professionals who have made significant contributions to the growth and development of ethical fundraising in the region. The honourees will each be outstanding contributors to the profession and advancement of the work of philanthropy by supporting the AFP Mission.
